Methodist College of Nursing Student Mentorship Program

The MCON mentoring program was established to assist new incoming students in their transition to baccalaureate-level nursing education. With the assistance of a current student, incoming juniors have access to a familiar face here at MCON; the mentor acts as a guide - someone to answer questions that only another student can answer. The Mentorship Program is staffed with volunteer students that pride themselves in devoting their time to help new students acclimate themselves to the College in any way necessary.

Spring, 2008 Mentorship

Any new students interested in obtaining a mentor will be assigned one within between the months of February and March.  Students will be given their mentor's contact information and are encouraged to meet with and get to know their mentor before next semester.
