Director of Business & Human Resource Services
Joy Ledbetter oversees all Human Resource Services for the college. She advises and counsels faculty, staff and administration regarding human resource issues, laws, protocols, and practices across the college.
Joy is also responsible for managing the Business Services which include the operating and capital budgeting process, managing resources, and using financial measures to ensure effective management that meets the fiscal objectives of the college.
Additionally, Joy assists in leading the administration in accomplishing the Mission, Vision and goals of the college.
